Click Download full message and the very bottom of your email.

Click the mp4 attachment to play it.

Click the export icon in the bottom right of the screen & select Save Video.

The video will then be saved in your Videos album in the Photo app.

Click Download additional information at the very bottom of your email.

Click the attachment tab.

Click the save icon in the top right of the screen and select Save Video.

The video will then be saved in your Downloads folder.

Open the Instagram app on your device.

Upload the video to Instagram from the camera roll.
